You may have clicked "Save" instead of "Open" in the first download window. By clicking "Open" you command the computer to run the setup program once all the necessary files have been copied. By clicking "Save" you command your computer to simply save the files to your PC, but not to run the setup file as well. If you clicked "Save", go to the location on your computer where you saved the setup files, locate a file named “WinterIntro.exe” and double-click on it to install the program.
